How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the Settings screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google Account used to make the purchase.

Is my data private?

Yes. If you enable "On-Device Processing", your audio and transcripts are processed locally on your phone and are never uploaded to our servers.

How do I export my transcripts?

Open any recording, tap the Share icon, and choose your preferred format (PDF, Text, or Audio).

How do subscription credits work?

Credits renew monthly. Unused credits regarding your specific plan may or may not roll over depending on the terms. Check your billing section for details.
