How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is through the app:

1. Open the Vital Minute AI app.
2. Go to Settings (Gear icon).
3. Tap on Manage Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the action. This will permanently delete your account, credits, and any cloud-stored transcripts.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting our support team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include your registered email address or User ID in the request. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?

• Account Information: Your user profile, email, and authentication records.
• Transcripts & Audio: All cloud-stored audio files and generated minutes are permanently erased. (Note: On-device files must be deleted manually from your device storage).
• Credits: Any remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
