These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vital Minute AI application.
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. The use of the Licensed Application is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or credit basis ("Premium Service"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).
3.1 Credits & Subscriptions
Services are purchased as "Credits" (Pre-paid) or "Subscriptions". All fees are inclusive of applicable
taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Refund Policy
Since "Credits" are digital goods that are immediately available for use, all sales are final and
non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you believe there has been a billing error or a technical failure prevented you from using purchased
credits, please contact support within 14 days of the transaction.
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or to record individuals without their consent where prohibited by law.
This Application is NOT a Medical Device.
Vital Minute AI is a documentation tool designed to assist healthcare professionals in drafting clinical notes. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Professional Responsibility: You (the healthcare provider) acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transcripts and summaries generated by the AI before adding them to a patient's medical record. Vital Minute AI is not liable for errors, omissions, or "hallucinations" in the generated text.
This service allows usage of Large Language Models (LLMs) which may be subject to third-party licenses.
